Group Therapy
Group therapy has been shown to be highly successful for many people. Some group therapies have been demonstrated to be more effective than individual therapy for certain problems. Groups can be helpful for learning skills, feeling supported, and learning from others’ experience. Some goals of group therapy are increased social confidence, improved relationships, and increased emotional control.
Currently, we offer DBT Skills Training groups and Smoking Cessation groups.
