Payment by cash or check

Payment by cash or check is expected at the time of service. If requested, a bill will be provided to you for submission to your insurance carrier, flexible spending account, or other reimbursement source.

Payment by credit card

Payment by credit card is available though Paypal. Payment is expected before the date of service. Please note: You do not need to sign-up for a PayPal® account to use this service. However, you will be given the option to create an account if you wish to save your billing information for future payments. Payments should appear on your credit card bill as "PAYPAL*BETHESDAGRO"
